With a strong foundation in Python-based development and modern frontend technologies such as React and Next.js, Emmanuel designs and delivers innovative digital tools to support Earth observation, environmental monitoring, and geospatial research across marine and terrestrial domains.
At PML Applications, Emmanuel plays a key role in developing bespoke web and cloud-native software solutions that enable efficient data analysis, visualisation, and decision-making for clients. His expertise spans the full software development lifecycle, including backend and API design, frontend development, cloud deployment, infrastructure-as-code, and DevOps automation on platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, and GCP.
