Cookies
I. Use of cookies
Cookies are small data files that are placed on your computer or mobile device after visiting a website. These cookies hold information about the user and usually help with website efficiency, performance analytics, and website-specific functions such as personalisation and logins. Each time a user returns to a website, the browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome) retrieves and sends this file to the website’s server to check for relevant data and to differentiate one user from another.
The PML Applications website uses cookies to assist with functionality, usability and statistical reporting. The data collected varies but it does not allow us to identify you personally.
The cookies we use can be divided into two categories – first-party cookies and third-party cookies. First-party cookies are set by PML Applications as the owner of the website. Third-party cookies are set by third-party providers and platforms that are associated with our website, such as analytics cookies from Google and performance cookies from YouTube.
All cookies are given a category. Any that are ‘essential’ are needed to help our website operate. Any that are non-essential are used for other purposes such as analytical data and performance features such as videos.
If cookies are rejected, it may affect the functionality of the website, however, you will still be able to access the website.
