Hannah Evans is a Project Support Manager at PML Applications, where she provides business, operational, and administrative expertise to support the delivery of projects across all the Centres of Excellence at PML Applications. Her role is centred on collaborative working across teams to coordinate activities, support effective project delivery, and maintain clear communication between stakeholders.

Before joining the PML Applications project management team, she worked at Plymouth Marine Laboratory (PML) as an HR Advisor, specialising in learning and development, employee engagement, and continuous improvement. Key highlights from her time at PML include leading initiatives to develop PML's mentoring programme and coordinating training and development activities across operational and scientific teams.

Hannah’s career developed from her time at Mount Batten Centre Ltd, where she worked for over a decade as the Training, Administration and Business Support Manager, supporting business operations, staff development, financial administration, and service improvement initiatives.

Hannah’s academic accolades include a BA (Hons) in Tourism from Bournemouth University and a CIPD Level 5 Intermediate Certificate in Human Resources.

Hannah’s interests in supporting people, professional development, and workplace wellbeing led her to train in project management and counselling. These interests resulted in Hannah pursuing roles and developing skills focused on collaboration, communication and delivering practical solutions that support both people and business objectives – essential for a Project Support Manager.
