Project Support Manager at PML Applications, Kim Targett, provides business and administration support to the PML Applications team. Kim has many years of experience in project management, during which she has developed highly proficient organisational skills to ensure our services are delivered effectively and efficiently.
Kim’s experience includes:
• Supporting non-technical project activities across a range of projects to ensure smooth delivery to the client.
• Working with Project Leads to oversee budget tracking, manage projects within internal accounting systems, and maintain accurate and up-to-date administrative records.
• Liaising with internal teams, including Finance and Legal, to ensure timely supplier payments, accurate customer invoicing, and compliance with contractual requirements.
• Assisting in the preparation and submission of tender proposals, including the completion of associated questionnaires to deliver accurate financial and corporate information in alignment with client requirements.
Kim also has experience in coordinating large, multiple-partner EU-funded projects with our parent company, PML.
Kim’s academic accomplishments include a BSc in Environmental Biology. This basis in scientific understanding allows Kim to successfully support the delivery of our projects and services.
