PML Applications’ Centre for Marine Biofouling and Corrosion Operations Manager, Lloyd Rees, oversees and manages rigs for projects and drives project delivery, ensuring high standards are maintained and deadlines are met. Bringing 20 years of experience as a Marine Engineer, his specialist knowledge is applied to designing bespoke equipment for projects and introducing specialist marine electronics to the UK market.
His career in the Royal Navy built a foundation of invaluable expertise in shipboard operations, encompassing general engineering, maintenance, watchkeeping, and emergency response. Lloyd’s subsequent work in leisure and commercial industries involved overseeing customer refits, retrofits, and breakdowns with precision.

• In-water Hull Cleaning trials
• Development of antifouling techniques (including ultra violet)
• Bespoke component coating selection
• Bespoke buoys
